Our adult hearing tests are thorough, professional, and tailored to your individual needs. Each assessment includes otoscopy to examine the health of the outer ear, audiometry to measure hearing levels, tympanometry to assess middle ear function, and speech testing to evaluate how clearly you hear and understand speech in everyday situations. Following your appointment, a comprehensive medical report is provided and can be shared with your GP or specialist if required.

A range of funding options are available. Eligible Pension and DVA card holders can access hearing tests and services at no cost under the Australian Government’s Hearing Services Program. For private patients, Medicare rebates may apply when a valid GP or specialist referral is provided. Private health insurance may also cover part of the cost of hearing tests and hearing aids, please check with your insurer for specific details.
